Soccer Game Preview: Mountain View vs. Dacula

Mountain View is preparing for their first region matchup of the season on Friday. They will be playing in front of their home fans against the Dacula Falcons at 5:30 p.m.

Mountain View is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Norcross just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Blue Devils by a score of 3-2.

Meanwhile, Dacula waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their defense stepped up to hand the Spartans a 10-0 shutout. Aaliyah Mohammed was a massive factor in the win as she booted in six goals all by herself.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Dacula, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Mountain View beat Dacula 2-0 in their previous meeting back in March of 2024. Will Mountain View repeat their success, or does Dacula have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
