Natick is 8-2 against Wellesley since October of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Redhawks will challenge the Raiders at 6:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Friday.

Natick was handed a heart-breaking two-point defeat in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Brookline on Friday. The Redhawks breezed past the Warriors to the tune of 51-6. That looming 51-6 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Redhawks yet this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wellesley). They were the clear victors by a 42-21 margin over Newton North on Friday. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-7.

The win got Wellesley back to even at 3-3. As for Natick, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Natick was able to grind out a solid win over Wellesley in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 27-19. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Redhawks since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
