Northeast scored the most points they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They fell to the McNair Mustangs 54-50. The Raiders' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it seven in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Northeast lost, don't look at Keundre Jackson. Despite the final result, he almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine boards. Jackson continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Keiland ?JuJu? Miley, who posted eight points.

Even though they lost, Northeast was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for McNair, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-11.

Northeast will venture away from home to take on Academy for Classical Education at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for McNair, they will host Social Circle at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
