Central Catholic waltzed into their game on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They put the hurt on the North Andover Scarlet Knights with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Raiders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Scarlet Knights, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Central Catholic was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-15, 25-15.

Among those leading the charge was Alexia Faria, who had eight digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September of 2024.

Faria wasn't the only good server: Central Catholic was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 20 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Central Catholic's record is now 4-0. As for North Andover, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
