Volleyball Recap: Sageview Comes Up Short

The Sageview Lobos lost 3-0 to the Chiawana Riverhawks on Tuesday.

Sageview took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-15, 25-17.

Sageview's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Chiawana, their win ended a seven-match drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sageview is set to challenge their familiar foe Richland at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Chiawana will face off against rival Southridge at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Riverhawks' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
