Volleyball Recap: Robertsdale Takes a Loss

Robertsdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the West Morgan Rebels.

Robertsdale's offense was headlined by Lola Mosley and Emma Dean, who picked up six kills apiece. Mosley really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with ten. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Robertsdale's loss dropped their record down to 6-17. As for West Morgan, their victory bumped their record up to 14-16.

Robertsdale has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Vestavia Hills on the 20th. As for West Morgan, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Helena on the 20th.
