Basketball Recap: Cainsville Takes a Loss

On Monday, the Cainsville Redmen were beaten by the South Harrison Bulldogs 66-26. While losing is never fun, the Redmen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 367th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 133rd).

Cainsville now has a losing record at 3-4. As for South Harrison, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-4.

Cainsville will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Winston at 6:00 p.m. on February 18th. As for South Harrison, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 66-26 win against Ridgeway on the 13th.
