Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fremont). Everything went their way against the Syracuse Titans on Friday as they made off with a 4-1 win. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.

The victory made it two in a row for Fremont and bumps their season record up to 9-3. It's not like the team was facing easy opposition over that stretch either, as it included 9-3 Weber (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 64.4% over those games). As for Syracuse, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Fremont is set to square off against their familiar foe Layton at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Syracuse will face off against rival Weber at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
