Volleyball Recap: Illinois School for the Deaf Tigers vs. Kansas School for the Deaf Jackrabbits
Illinois School for the Deaf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Kansas School for the Deaf Jackrabbits. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2018.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 25-6.
Illinois School for the Deaf's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Kansas School for the Deaf, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.
Illinois School for the Deaf will be defending their home-court for the first time this season they go up against Griggsville-Perry at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kansas School for the Deaf, they will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Yates Center at 6:00 p.m.
