Basketball Recap: Bothell Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bothell can now relate to. They lost to the Mount Si Wildcats on the road by a 78-60 margin on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost nine in a row.

Mount Si's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brady Hennig, who posted 20 points. The contest was Hennig's fourth in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Marcus Heide, who scored 16 points.

Bothell's defeat dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Mount Si, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 19-4.

Bothell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mount Si, they will face off against Redmond at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
