Softball Recap: Ardsley Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hendrick Hudson, Ardsley was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Sleepy Hollow Horsemen a 21-0 shutout. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Horsemen recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Ardsley's win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Ardsley will challenge Lewiston-Porter at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Sleepy Hollow, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Port Chester at 4:45 p.m. on the 30th.
