Basketball Recap: Lebanon Blue Devils vs. Cookeville Cavaliers

After a string of three wins, the Lebanon Blue Devils's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They were outmatched by Cookeville at home and fell 76-48. While losing is never fun, Lebanon can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 163rd, while the Cavaliers are ranked 11th).

Cookeville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jalen Heard, who scored 14 points along with five steals. Colin Ayers was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with six rebounds and four steals.
