Lacassine has gone 10-0 against Reeves recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Lacassine Cardinals will host the Reeves Raiders at 7:00 p.m. Lacassine knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 18 games -- so hopefully Reeves likes a good challenge.

Lacassine's tournament run continued when they took on Sacred Heart last Saturday. Lacassine blew past Sacred Heart 74-48. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Reeves came into Friday's match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They snuck past Sacred Heart with a 74-68 victory on Friday.

Lacassine better focus on containing Christian Williams and Carter Guillory as the pair were huge in Reeves' win. Williams went 9 for 21 on his way to 21 points in addition to eight assists and five steals, while Guillory dropped a double-double on 22 points and 11 boards. The game was Guillory's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan Fondon, who went 6 of 13 on his way to 14 points.

Reeves smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in ten consecutive contests.

Reeves' win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 15-8. As for Lacassine, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-1.

Lacassine strolled past Reeves in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a score of 80-62. Will Lacassine repeat their success, or does Reeves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
