There's no place like home for San Gorgonio, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. Everything went their way against the Notre Dame Titans on Tuesday as the San Gorgonio Spartans made off with a 9-2 victory. With that win, the Spartans brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.

The team relied heavily on Maya Hernandez, who scored three runs and stole Three bases. while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Anaiz Barajas, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and two doubles.

San Gorgonio's victory bumped their record up to 2-4-1. As for Notre Dame, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2-1.

Coming up, San Gorgonio will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Canyon Springs at 3:00 p.m. As for Notre Dame, they are taking a road trip to challenge Rancho Verde at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
