Volleyball Recap: Spring Garden Takes a Loss

Spring Garden entered their game against Gadsden City on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Panthers fell just short of the Titans by a score of 2-1. Surprisingly, this marked the Panthers' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Spring Garden's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Gadsden City, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-9.

Spring Garden didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Holly Pond on the 20th. As for Gadsden City, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Pleasant Valley on the 20th.
