Baseball Recap: Liberty Takes a Loss

Liberty managed to slip by Redmond the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Liberty lost 8-1 to Redmond on Friday. The Patriots just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Liberty saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sam Bell, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Bell also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

Liberty now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Redmond, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.

Looking ahead, Liberty will welcome Inglemoor at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Redmond, they will face off against Issaquah at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
