Volleyball Recap: La Crosse Central Riverhawks vs. Aquinas Blugolds

La Crosse Central lost against Aquinas back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Riverhawks came up short against the Blugolds, falling 3-0.

La Crosse Central was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17, 25-23.

Mady Young paced La Crosse Central's offense, picking up nine kills. Young got some help from Ellie Gillitzer and her 20 assists. Gillitzer was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
