White Oak waltzed into their game on Saturday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They walked away with a 7-4 victory over the Center Roughriders.

The team relied heavily on Jordy Robertson, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). Jaxsen Ludlow was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

White Oak pushed their record up to 14-2-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Center, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

Coming up, White Oak will host Gladewater at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (White Oak 3.1, Gladewater 3.4) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Center, they are taking a road trip to take on Bullard at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
