Baseball Recap: D'evelyn Wins Going Away Against Littleton

D'Evelyn was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Littleton on Thursday. The Jaguars put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 12-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Jaguars in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won eight in a row.

Leo Vigil was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. D'Evelyn is undefeated when Vigil posts two or more runs, but 1-10 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Marshall Pharris, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs.

D'Evelyn always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .586. They are 4-1 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

D'Evelyn's record now sits at 4-10. As for Littleton, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.
