Soccer Game Preview: Patrick Henry vs. Pulaski County

Patrick Henry is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Pulaski County a six-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. The Patrick Henry Patriots will be playing at home against the Pulaski County Cougars at 6:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Patrick Henry's offense. They lost 5-0 to Cave Spring on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Patrick Henry can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 165th, while Cave Spring are ranked seventh).

Meanwhile, Pulaski County also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Hidden Valley on Tuesday, falling 6-0.

Pulaski County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Patrick Henry, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.
