Soccer Recap: Utica Takes a Loss

Despite a strong season so far, Utica has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They came up short against the De La Salle Collegiate Pilots on Saturday, falling 3-0. The matchup was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Utica it sure didn't stay that way.

Utica's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for De La Salle Collegiate, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Utica wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Romeo on the 8th. As for De La Salle Collegiate, they will be playing at home against St. Francis de Sales at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
