Basketball Game Preview: Gloucester City Lions vs. Haddon Heights Garnets

The Gloucester City Lions will head out to challenge the Haddon Heights Garnets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Gloucester City is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Last Friday, Gloucester City was able to grind out a solid victory over Haddon Township, taking the game 54-42.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Gloucester City to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kadon Harris, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten boards. Another player making a difference was Keegan Cohan, who posted 15 points.

Meanwhile, Haddon Heights didn't have too much trouble with Palmyra on Saturday as they won 65-48. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Garnets.

Haddon Heights now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Gloucester City, their win bumped their record up to 6-0.

Gloucester City came up short against Haddon Heights in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, falling 57-53. Can Gloucester City avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
