Basketball Recap: Randolph Comes Up Short

If Randolph was feeling good fresh off their 66-26 takedown of Madison Country Day last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Randolph Rockets lost 56-33 to the Pardeeville Bulldogs on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Rockets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 214th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 101st).

Randolph's loss dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Pardeeville, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-4.

Randolph has already played their next matchup, a 66-47 win against Cambria-Friesland on the 14th. As for Pardeeville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 68-23 victory against Montello on the 14th.
