Cerritos barely beat Artesia the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Dons blew past the Pioneers 3-0 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Dons sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Cerritos not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Artesia between 15 and 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-17, 25-15.

Cerritos' victory bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Artesia, they moved to 9-9 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Coming up, Cerritos will be taking part in a tournament against Western at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Artesia, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Whitney at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
