Basketball Recap: Robinson Comes Up Short

If Robinson was feeling good fresh off their 62-41 takedown of Central Arkansas Christian last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Robinson Senators were just a bucket shy of victory on Tuesday and fell 61-60 to the Morrilton Devil Dogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Devil Dogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 67-59 back in January.

Robinson's loss dropped their record down to 20-7. As for Morrilton, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 20-7.

Coming up, Robinson will challenge Clinton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Morrilton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
