Basketball Game Preview: Reagan Raiders vs. Mount Tabor Spartans

Reagan is 2-8 against Mount Tabor since December of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Reagan Raiders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mount Tabor Spartans at 8:00 p.m.

On Wednesday, Reagan was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 51-47 to South Stokes. The contest marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, Mount Tabor came tearing into Tuesday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bobcats 89-47. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 20 points or more this season.

Reagan's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Mount Tabor, they pushed their record up to 16-4 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home.
