Softball Recap: East Columbus Snags 14th Victory in Last 15 Games

East Columbus played against Rocky Mount Prep on Tuesday and won via forfeit.

East Columbus has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Rocky Mount Prep, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.

Coming up, East Columbus will face off against Rosewood on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Gators 3.4, the Eagles 1.6) so any runs scored will be well earned. Rocky Mount Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
