Basketball Recap: Loranger Comes Up Short

In Tuesday's Canine Competition, Loranger didn't have enough. They fell 64-51 to the Fontainebleau Bulldogs on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 261st, while the Bulldogs are ranked 113th).

Loranger has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-19 record this season. As for Fontainebleau, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-13.

Loranger has already played their next matchup (against Northlake Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Fontainebleau will challenge Pine at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
