Basketball Game Preview: Stansbury Stallions vs. Dixie Flyers

Having just played yesterday, the Stansbury Stallions will jump right back in to play the Dixie Flyers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Stansbury was beaten by South Sevier 52-18. The matchup marked the Stallions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Dixie came up short against South Sevier on Friday and fell 40-31.

This is the second loss in a row for Stansbury and nudges their season record down to 5-7. As for Dixie, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.

Stansbury came up short against Dixie in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 43-31. Can Stansbury avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
