Basketball Recap: Bibb County Falls Short of Trinity Presbyterian in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bibb County can now relate to. They were dealt a 68-23 loss at the hands of the Trinity Presbyterian Wildcats on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Choctaws can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 273rd, while the Wildcats are ranked ninth).

Bibb County has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season. As for Trinity Presbyterian, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 22-4.

As of now, neither Bibb County nor Trinity Presbyterian have any future games scheduled.
