Basketball Game Preview: Tattnall Square Academy Trojans vs. Trinity Christian Crusaders

The Tattnall Square Academy Trojans will face off against the Trinity Christian Crusaders at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Tattnall Square Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 12 contests -- so hopefully Trinity Christian likes a good challenge.

Last Thursday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Tattnall Square Academy beat John Milledge Academy 62-57. Given Tattnall Square Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 185th, while John Milledge Academy is ranked 444th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Trinity Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch last Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. The match between them and John Milledge Academy didn't end well, with Trinity Christian falling 48-33.

Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Tattnall Square Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season.

Tattnall Square Academy strolled past Trinity Christian in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a score of 67-49. Will Tattnall Square Academy repeat their success, or does Trinity Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
