Basketball Recap: Mt. St. Joseph Academy Comes Up Short

Mt. St. Joseph Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They came up short against the Mount Anthony Patriots, falling 73-49. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-58 back in January.

Mt. St. Joseph Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Mount Anthony, their victory bumped their record up to 2-17.

While Mt. St. Joseph Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
