Volleyball Recap: Arbor Prep Takes a Loss

After flying high against River Rouge last Wednesday, Arbor Prep came back down to earth. The Gators fell just short of the Wayne Memorial Zebras by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Arbor Prep sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 20-25, 15-7.

Arbor Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Wayne Memorial, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6-1.

Looking ahead, Arbor Prep will head out on the road to square off against Ypsilanti at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wayne Memorial, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Glenn on the 4th.
