Tolleson put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the La Joya Community Fighting Lobos with a sharp 12-1 win. Considering the Wolverines have won seven contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Alisson Martinez, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Emily Araiza also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

Tolleson's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for La Joya Community, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Tolleson will take on Mohave Accelerated in a tournament on Thursday. Mohave Accelerated is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.6 runs per game this season. As for La Joya Community, they are taking a road trip to face off against Browne at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
