After a string of four wins, Cedar Key's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trenton Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 19-25, 25-19, 25-14.

Cedar Key's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Trenton, their win bumped their record up to 9-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cedar Key will welcome Riverside Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Trenton, they will face off against Bronson at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
