Football Recap: Make It Seven in a Row for Crenshaw

Crenshaw had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the San Pedro Pirates 30-0. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by 21 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Crenshaw's seventh in a row) raised their record to 9-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 5.6 points on average over those games. As for San Pedro, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Coming up, Crenshaw will face off against Birmingham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. San Pedro does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
