The Palmer Trinity Falcons will head out on the road to square off against the Key West Conchs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Palmer Trinity is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season.

Palmer Trinity's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by an 8-0 margin over Gulliver Prep. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Hailey Rodriguez and Emily 'Emmy' Cerda made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, Rodriguez pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. Meanwhile, Cerda didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out ten over four innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. At bat, Rodriguez scored two runs and stole Two bases., while Cerda went 2-for-3 with three RBI and two doubles. Those three RBI gave Cerda a new career-high.

In other batting news, Melissa Nieves was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in stolen bases. The team also got some help courtesy of Kinsey Cerda, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-4.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Monday Key West sidestepped Satellite for a 2-0 victory.

Not much got past Brianna Brenner, who gave up just a hit and racked up eight Ks to keep Satellite off the board. With that strong performance, Brenner is now averaging an impressive 5.3 strikeouts per game.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Vera Rodger, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one double. That triple marked the first that she hit this season.

Palmer Trinity's record now sits at 6-2. As for Key West, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
