Basketball Recap: Puxico Comes Up Short

Puxico was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Oak Ridge Blue Jays, falling 61-21. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Jays this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-36 back in January.

Puxico's defeat dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Oak Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 12-10.

Puxico does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Oak Ridge, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 70-41 win against Meadow Heights on the 25th.
