Flag Football Game Preview: Chatfield Chargers vs. Columbine Rebels + How To Watch

The Chatfield Chargers will venture away from home to face off against the Columbine Rebels at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Chatfield is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 34 points on Monday, they were much more limited against Ralston Valley on Wednesday. They were outmatched by the Mustangs and fell 40-12. While losing is never fun, the Chargers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado flag football rankings (they are ranked 30th, while the Mustangs are ranked fourth).

Meanwhile, Columbine waltzed into their matchup on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 26-19 win over the Mustangs.

Columbine now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Chatfield, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.

Chatfield came up short against Columbine in their previous meeting back in September, falling 20-12. Can the Chargers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
