Basketball Recap: Washington Has No Trouble Against Magee

Washington had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 20-point drubbing they dealt Magee on Saturday. The Washington Generals were the clear victor by a 36-16 margin over the Magee Trojans.

Washington now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Magee, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 4-1.

Washington will take on Starkville Academy in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Starkville Academy will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Washington surely won't give up without a fight. As for Magee, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 51-47 loss against Mendenhall on the 17th.
