Baseball Recap: MacArthur Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact MacArthur can now relate to. They lost 10-0 to the Boerne-Champion Chargers on Saturday. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Brahmas, who until this matchup were averaging 3.52 runs allowed.

This is the second loss in a row for MacArthur and nudges their season record down to 20-9. As for Boerne-Champion, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-8 record this season.

MacArthur does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Boerne-Champion, they will face off against Sharyland on Saturday. The Rattlers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Chargers surely won't give up without a fight.
