Softball Recap: LAMP Golden Tigers vs. Satsuma Gators

Monday just wasn't the day for LAMP's offense. They lost 18-0 to the Satsuma Gators on Monday. LAMP just can't catch a break and has now endured three defeats in a row.

For Satsuma's part, Madison Sawyer and Bralee Byrd were a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Sawyer pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Byrd pitched an inning while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Sawyer has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances.
