South Point got themselves on the board against Chesapeake on Monday, but Chesapeake never followed suit. They blew past the Panthers 14-0. The Pointers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by eight runs or more this season.

Kota Copley was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 15 over six innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than nine strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Adyson Copley was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four stolen bases, and three runs. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in April. Gracie Carmon also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

South Point kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are 9-1 when they post 11 or more hits.
