Volleyball Recap: Northridge Takes a Loss

Northridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 27th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Bonneville Lakers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lakers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

While Northridge was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-13, 28-26.

Northridge's record now sits at 0-15. As for Bonneville, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-14.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Northridge will take on rival Woods Cross at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Bonneville is set to face off against their familiar foe Clearfield at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
