Baseball Recap: Grace Christian Grizzlies vs. Palmer Moose
Grace Christian extended their losing streak to six on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 1-10 in the process. They came up short against the Palmer Moose, falling 16-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Moose this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-0 on May 1st.
As for Palmer, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-6. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.
For Palmer's part, Tristan Barrey made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Barrey has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one hit in five consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. Those three runs gave him a new career-high.
