Basketball Recap: Lane Tech Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lane Tech lost against Glenbrook South back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Champions fell 56-48 to the Titans. The Champions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Lane Tech saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Anais Harris dropped a double-double with 14 points and 11 boards. Harris also posted two blocks, marking her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Ella Bush, who posted 12 points.

Lane Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Glenbrook South, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, Lane Tech will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Whitney Young at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be the Champions' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Glenbrook South, they have already played their next contest, a 53-23 win against Deerfield on the 2nd.
