Milton hadn't done well against North Cobb recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Warriors. The Eagles were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Warriors, so the Eagles were just returning the favor.

Milton's offense was headlined by Macurdy Harden and Mia Mowbray, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Abigail Mowbray and her 20 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

The win made it two in a row for Milton and bumps their season record up to 7-5. As for North Cobb, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.
