Volleyball Recap: Paul VI Has No Trouble Against Covenant Life

It was a proper cat-fight when Paul VI challenged Covenant Life on Monday. Paul VI put the hurt on Covenant Life with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Paul VI was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-21, 25-21.

Paul VI's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Covenant Life, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Paul VI will challenge rival Model Secondary School for the Deaf at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Covenant Life is set to square off against their familiar foe Smith Jewish Day School at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The game will give Covenant Life their first taste of in-conference action this season.
