Blayklee Buman was huge no matter where she played even without the win. On the mound, she pitched six innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off nine hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with three runs and one double.
In other batting news, Shaela Brazzel was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. Emily Shaffer also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
