Bibb County had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. Everything went their way against the Chilton County Tigers as they made off with a 28-7 win. The Choctaws haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Jay Chism threw for 86 yards while completing 80% of his passes. Shandarius Craighead was his top target, picking up 41 receiving yards.

Bibb County will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Gordo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chilton County, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Jemison at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
